Cat Hollow
Cat Hollow is a Round Rock subdivision, in the Brushy creek Municipal Utility District. It is characterized by nice homes ranging in price from $130,000 to $340,000. There are multiple parks with amenities and facilities such as a baseball, field, swimming pools, playgrounds, tennis court, running tracks, and much more.
The Cat Hollow Park offers a great entertainment option for families, with pool, tennis, a baseball field, a playground, and a movie screen for Friday nights. The Cat Hollow community is family oriented, and schools belong to the acclaimed Round Rock Independent School District and are excellent. There are two elementary schools located in the Cat Hollow area, Great Oaks Elementary and Brushy Creek Elementary.

So far my clients have loved the Cat Hollow area. Another possibility for homes for sale in Austin and the Brushy Creek area is Avery Ranch.
Avery Ranch is a more recent community with spectacular homes and great amenities such as a huge pool area. Avery Ranch is neighbor to Brushy Creek, making this community a great place to buy a house with great access roads and with all the advantages of a new community. Prices for homes for sale in Avery Ranch vary from the mid 100’s to high 300’s. There is also an area for higher end homes in Avery Ranch where prices are close to a million dollars.
